How to log in to Emby or Jellyfin

Use the account you created at checkout

When you complete a subscription order, you choose a username and password. That same pair is used for this site’s customer panel and for your Emby or Jellyfin streaming account — one login for both.

  1. Open your server in a browser or use the official Jellyfin app (phone, TV, desktop).
  2. On the sign-in screen, enter the username and password from your order.
  3. If the app asks for a server address, use the URL your plan points to (see below).

  1. Open your server in a browser or use the Emby app and choose Manual login / sign in if prompted.
  2. Use the same username and password you set at checkout.
  3. Connect to the correct server URL if the app asks for a host (see below).
